  • Pros

  • The interface is super simple to use. It offers suggestions and its easy to search for the features you want, and then walks you through the steps to set it up.
  • It's easy to use and has allowed us to keep many social network accounts active without having to manually login every day.
  • Cons

  • For years, I disliked that the fact that there could only be one action after a trigger. However, they recently changed that.
  • Some of the connections you can make are a bit complicated and hard to understand how to get working properly.

  • Salesforce is intuitive and easy to learn. It is nice that it has memory of tabs previously opened on the dashboard, even between user sessions.
  • The dashboards are very handy and useful to our activities because it nicely integrates the information and presents it in a very digestable way with the enhancement of the Analytics Cloud.
  • Cons

  • It's a bit tough to pick up the logic at the beginning when you first use it.
  • I had trouble finding where the information went after I categorized it.
