Ratings Breakdown 4 Ease of use 4 Value for money 5 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: In a large facility with limited staffing and tens of thousands of points that could be monitored, having insight keeping an eye on facility ops, and reporting consistently, helps us understand much more rapidly what things require attention that we otherwise might not quickly detect. Cons: I used to jump on line and manipulate the program quite a bit, and I'm not sure if that is still possible (I've been pulled into facility ops recently with less emphasis on energy and energy performance.) this was very helpful for sharing information with my HVAC team to describe issues like simultaneous heating and cooling. Reasons for choosing InSite See my previous comment. These guys just hand me a much more manageable and actionable deliverable. Even if we drag our feet on the deployment side sometimes due to staff constraints. Reasons for switching to InSite I have vetted three other products, and I piloted three of them. InSite, by far, was the most useful and well curated to allow for effective deployment of resources for the most essential issues, while not burying me with information "noise".
