Overall, we're very satisfied with Make. It's a phenomenal tool. We are able to automate entire teams' worth of work because of it's wide APi access (every tool from Hubspot to Stripe to our database), large toolkit (we can connect with everything from web scrapers to OpenAI) and intuitive UI (which lets us build complex configurations). you do pay a premium over Zapier for this, but it's incredibly worth it.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

- excellent support for every major SaaS and AI tool - easy to create complex workflows - straightforward pricing - very easy to debug tasks and workflows

#### Cons

- custom code modules leave something to be desired - Google Drive integrations lag Zapier's capability

#### Reasons for switching to Make

Much more intuitive Ui to build complex workflow automation

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Pros

Tools usually don't have native integrations with each other.Make.com is your best friend in these cases. You can easily set up conections between tools and do all kinds of workflow management stuff (Branches, routers, filters, transform data etc).Usually tools have an integration with make but, if you don't have it, you can always use the API.

#### Cons

It can become expensive because you pay per each operation that runs

#### Reasons for switching to Make

Less expensive and more flexible. Zapier can be a little basic

### Unreliable and Unresponsive Customer Support

My overall experience with Make (formerly Integromat) has been extremely disappointing. The platform might have potential, but the unresponsive and unhelpful customer support has rendered it almost unusable. I would not recommend this service to anyone until they drastically improve their customer support.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 1/5
- Value for money: 1/5
- Customer support: 1/5
- Functionality: 1/5

#### Pros

Initially, the platform showed some promise in terms of features and integrations. However, any positive aspects are completely overshadowed by the terrible customer service.

#### Cons

The customer support is absolutely atrocious. John from their support team ignored my follow-up messages, Milo did not provide any help for almost two months, and even the [sensitive content hidden] closed my ticket without any resolution or explanation. This company’s complete lack of care and responsiveness makes it extremely frustrating to use their services.

I've been a long time user of their free tier, but a particular project required some advanced features. I tried using other services with lower costs or higher limits, however even basic things like supporting a JSON Api, handling files, or handling multiple steps had issues. Not the case here: I was able to completely

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 3/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Integromat is, to me, more advanced and way better priced than Zapier. It supports a whole lot of apps, and has an excellent support for JSON and external APIs. It also provides webhook support. Their free tier has been very useful to me for years, and now that my needs have expanded I'm finding value in their next tier.

#### Cons

I still feel limited by the pricing scheme. The lower tier has enough operations and bandwidth for my needs now, but the time interval is 5 minutes, which adds up on my workflow. The next tier lowers the interval to 1 minute, but is significantly more costly (because it also adds more operations and bandwidth). However, it is still less expensive than Zapier and actually works for my needs compared to other cheaper alternatives.

#### Reasons for choosing Make

I was not able to recreate the same workflow I needed using files, and json apis, on these alternative products.

#### Reasons for switching to Make

Zapier's free and paid tiers are much more limited compared to Integromat's. I also like Integromats interface better.

### Fantastic alternative for Data Automation

We are using Integromat to keep data in sync across various platforms, and also to automate some menial data entry tasks. I love, love, LOVE using Integromat! It is so much fun to work with. The visual workflow is very intuitive, and makes it easy to visualize the complex workflows that I've been building. As mentioned in my Cons, the poor documentation made it very hard to learn some of the quirks of the platform, but I'm so glad I stuck with it. I highly suggest you do the same!

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The awesome visual design makes it really easy to visualize data and workflows. The interface is much easier to work with than the typical list-based interface of major competitors. I've been really impressed with how much thought and polish has gone into this product! Integromat clearly understands the needs of data automation workflows, and it shows in the intuitiveness and powerful functionality of the product. Also, Integromat's free plan is very flexible, and allowed me to test the product with ease without having to worry about running into limits.

#### Cons

This is a big one, but I'm glad I didn't let it scare me away. Integromat's documentation is currently VERY poor. There are a lot of little quirks in the way Integromat works, particularly with handling arrays and objects ("collections"). It was only after a lot of trial and error and a few support requests that I figured out how all these things worked and was able to competently build the workflows I needed. I really hope they can work on improving the support docs, because this is the biggest thing holding them back at the moment IMHO!

#### Reasons for choosing Make

Zapier had really a restrictive free plan, which didn't give me the flexibility I needed to actually test the functionality I needed. I was also attracted to Integromat because of its visual workflow—I knew that some of our workflows would be very complicated, and being able to see it all in a visual flowchart makes things so much easier to follow.

It allows me to acquire more customers, who always use different tools, in a simple way because it allows me to integrate them all in a simple and immediate way

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The large amount of apps that can be integrated makes Make the necessary collector towards which to converge your workflow in every project. The graphical representation of the logics and modules allows the creation of forward automation scenarios

#### Cons

Make brings with it the strengths of Integromat, but also its (few) weaknesses. For example, I have been waiting for and requesting for years a "converger" component, capable of bringing together the logics following the conditional paths

#### Reasons for switching to Make

Affordable price, intuitive interface, processing power

#### Pros

The automation of set and leave for a lot of our daily processes and the ability to connect so many APIs

#### Cons

Not a lot to complain about but maybe advanced pricing options for different levels of usage than already exist

#### Reasons for choosing Make

Just made more sense to integrate with existing integrations and apis we had

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5

#### Pros

Make allowed me to automate a very manual and lengthy process I had to do almost daily.

#### Cons

I'm pretty sure I don't know everything Make does. I use it for one thing. So I don't fully understand everything or how it fully works. Sometimes I wonder if I could be using it for more things?

#### Reasons for choosing Make

I had a friend who could show me how to use Make, for what I needed it to do

#### Reasons for switching to Make

- Industry: Airlines/ Aviation
- Company size: 2-10 employees
- Product usage: Used daily for less than 6 months
- Reviewed: August 2019
- Review source details: This review was submitted organically. No incentive was offered

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

My team and I truly felt in love with Integromat since very first interaction. A visual interface that is simple enough but provides outstanding possibilities whatever you decided to make or create. The whole variety of integration schemes, connectors, settings, and other product customization appeared to be much over our expectations and engaged us to run more creative sessions with an internal team and outside with our users as well. That dramatically increased our product delivery speed rate and encouraged product team to reach more goals withing the same sprint cycle. With integromat, you help your product team grow. It shortens a development cycle up to 5x faster than we had before.

#### Cons

Would be great to have more examples of a case by case implementations. Also, it seems to be obvious, but there are no pre-built templates or fully-built examples that could make a team engagement more seamless and time-efficient. So the learning curve exists and can freeze your team for quite a long time if you won't focus on just a particular case.

#### Reasons for choosing Make

We use different tools same time. It depends on a task we need to accomplish. All tools are very well done and it's just up to product manager to decide which tool is better and easier for this exact issue.

We are putting our entire business on auto-pilot with the help of Integromat. From customer support to sales enablement, we are using Integromat to connect the pieces together and save a lot of our precious time on a day-to-day basis.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Integromat is much, much superior in overall features than its counterparts like Zapier, Automate.io, Zoho Flow, and much more. What we love the most about the software - Integrated file management - Very intuitive flow builder - Error handling capabilities - Customer support (they are very much open to feedback and go an extra mile to maximize mileage)

#### Cons

Well, IG isn't perfect. We would have loved the ability to write our own custom logic inside the app, and it still doesn't support a few apps that we use, like, RescueTime, FindThatLead, TexAu, and much more. That being said, it's still an evolving platform, and we have migrated away from Zapier/Zoho Flow/Automate.IO completely, after signing up for Integromat.

#### Reasons for choosing Make

The platform clubbed with the overall pricing proposition is pretty attractive.

#### Reasons for switching to Make

Zapier is too expensive. Zoho Flow lacked platform robustness and their team was very slow in integrating new features, not to mention they had no way to handle error cases.
