  • Pros

  • Sensitive content hidden] was great. Very happy with the onboarding meeting I had with him, he was excellent.
  • The ability to see screen sizes and browser types have been really helpful. Obviously being able to see what the customer's journey looked like is of great value.
  • I like to use this system as a starting point for keyword research and competition. I know it does a lot of other cool things that I like as well, but for me, I find the Kombat section most helpful.
  • Cons

  • The current system of the heatmap loading over the page can confused people.
  • Also, all the plans have the same features (all), there are no smaller plans with less features (I just use the recordings and the basic analytics, but it has chat popups, heatmaps, survey popups).
  • LuckyOrange allowed me to stop the guess work.

  • Its APM features, Creative Dashboards, Browser data, Insights etc. are a great way to keep tab on your products performance and also, keeps you motivated to improve the performance.
  • Don't hesitate to ask for assistance from them. They want to make sure you succeed and are always glad to help you realize more value from your investment.
  • Dashboarding perfromance report capability is also good, helps us to keep on top of our applications perfromance.
  • Cons

  • Opposing the web component, the mobile apps one is very bad. The sdks are very bad and very intrusive, leading to instability of the apps itselfs.
  • The customer support is dreadful. We wait over 5 days for a response and then have to chase.
  • Our main version we run has a memory leak, the NewRelic support team was worthless in troubleshooting.
