Ratings Breakdown 5 Ease of use 5 Value for money 5 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: The ease with which one can collect Twitter data, but that the software can be used to analyze and visualize any other network data. The graphs are great, particularly with the pro version. Cons: Runs slowly and at times crashes - though the speed issue is primarily due to Twitter constraints. No crash issues on my desktop, where I have 32 GB of RAM. Some of my students are not so fortunate.
