It will print half of the time. okay. fine if you need to change your menu, give up. They need to be involved on every single menu updates or change but you will NEVER get a hold of them (tried to contact 2 months now) If you use new number to contact them, THEY ANSWER LOL. Cons: 1\. Customer Service. You will be assigned to one of their so called onboarding team. They are very quick responding to you at first until software is set up. They start charging you two or three times and won't give your money back. I have emailed, called, voicemail, tried to use chat feature on their website, none of them is willing to return to you.
