Refusal of refund.

I really just always struggle. The fact that they are not trying to refund me is making the experience terrible. I wish they could put effort into this, then I would actually not complain.

There is not much to like, they are becoming super expensive for things you could have done for free in the past.

Cons:

The fact that they did not want to help me at all with a refund. Miscommunication on the website itself lead to me subscribing for a free trial which ended up not being one, now they do not want to refund me - and it was R2000! I will never recommend PDF Reader Pro to anybody. No app is worth that much money, and above that, they are not willing to refund.

East to edit any PDF doc without any funky delay - select easily and edit away! Convert edited file to pretty much any type of files. ORC recognizes text not only from scanned document but even from images! Lot more other features

Cons:

Don't know any cons! It might take you a little time to click around and try other features and maybe read some documentation. But once you're comfortable you'll love this PDF reader!

Best Tool for Online Schooling

It was nothing but making my school life easier and even up until now since there are still online documents that are needed to be signed or edited. It is something that you know you will use for the rest of time because it is indeed best for people who are not that tech-savvy like me.

I've been using this since I was high school and more so during college since we needed to do it via online. I truly appreciate the convenience PDF Reader Pro provides especially is you are not tech-savvy like me. Also, I believe one of the best features is its capability of being able to search or filter words, you can immediately know in which part of the PDF you need to edit.

Cons:

I've been using PDF Reader Pro for years and never have i encountered any problem with it, maybe it was only way back then, I couldn’t afford to get an upgrade to be able to use their other features.
