Pros/Cons
Pros
- Overall the experience with PieSync has been great. From competitive pricing to customer support and ease of use we've been very happy.
- The ease of use with intuitive rules that actually work, the outstanding customer service with the guided use of the product, and a team that cares about its users.
- I don't know if I've ever evangelized about a technology that I've cancelled before, but consider me a true believer. This is a superb company with a great product.
Cons
- Inititally, I was a little confused with how to set up the limitations when it came to disabling the creation of new records from one tool to another.
- Missing major "basic" features like syncing email activity. For this missing feature, the cost becomes very high.
- The options on what data to sync is somewhat limited, especially when it comes to customer purchase data.
Pros
- Great system, the UI is customize able to fulfill your needs and the best part is most of the customization can be done using your management console.
- Reports are excellent and Revel does a nice job of continuously updating the backend to be more useful. Keeping track of employee hours is easy and efficient.
- I like the ease and function ability of the table. There are many great tools that can be customized to your business and your needs.
Cons
- At this point, I have more knowledge then some of these techs that are from Lithuania. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE product, and TERRIBLE value for what you get.
- Confusing, does not track inventory as it should, does not interface correctly with Quickbooks, support is the WORST. No help, we wasted thousands of dollars on this system.
- It's just so time consumptive and terrible. It makes it all the worse that revel folks just repeat the party line and don't actually look for solutions to the system problems.
