  • Pros

  • Easy to use, customer service is superb. The auto reporting is a good summary on what is happening with the market.
  • My overall experience with Prisync has been amazing I have been using them for over a year and they have the best customer support that I have seen.
  • Excellent product, in my business keeping our product prices competitive in the market place is so important. Prisync allows me to easily do this.
  • Cons

  • No report to tell me which links are broken or not returning result. Still occasionally give me wrong prices.
  • It should be possible to choose when schedul the updating of prices. There is no alerts information for broken URL.
  • Sometimes prices are not retrieved properly and need manual action to report so problem can be fixed.

  • Cons

  • You can only hide Widgets BUT not Settings which is quite unsafe again. Before I have raised a Question why there is no Password reset option then it was added in login page.
  • Some reservations isn't delievered at all and it's very frustrating with downtime.
  • Glitches and errors in transmission for MLOS etc.
