Very simple to use, would readily recommend this format to others
PROSThe survey was very straight forward and easy to use. My team had no issues in completing the questionnaire. Reviewing the scores / results was easy

Qlearsite Dashboards
Qlearsite colleagues have been a pleasure to deal with - very patient at times which was appreciated. I already hear advancements are being made to the dashboard which is news to my ears... I would however love to see great strides in the reporting features as this is the most important aspect post survey
PROSI like the dashboard and how easy it is to view individual scores Setting up a wellbeing survey previously was easy also
CONSThere is a huge lack of reporting export capability - leaving us to do hours and hours on manual work to export scores. You cannot view all scores for each location on one page - you have to scroll down It's not easy to identify your drivers of engagement - the dashboard filters dont' always work either For something as important as an engagement survey, I would have expected there to be a very easy one page document that gives clear indication to leaders of their performance. Currently, we're making them work hard for the data. Time poor managers need all the help and direction they can get and as you have all the data - it woul be helpful for you to have included an analytics and reporting page

We are in the process of adapting our product features to be more powerful with more opportunities to export, share and report on the results. We will shortly be releasing a new tabulated view that we hope managers will find very useful as they scan and compare results between teams. As always, we value your feedback

Allowed us to deploy our survey with some speed
CONSVery difficult to cut the data, very difficult to provide reports to those who do not have access to a tablet. Not very user friendly.

We hope you are using our Insights module which has been specifically designed to explore and cut the data making it much easier to find and share insights in your results. How are we doing
This gave an insite overall feeling of the team and areas of opportunity
PROSIt is very easy to use and to follow through.
CONSThe results came across from our section easier to see who gave what feedback. Some of the questions too wide a choice to give an answer in the multi choice.
