Pros/Cons
Pros
- The most positive point is the ease of use. It delivers exactly what it promises, easy to use and an excellent time saver.
- This can help me impress clients and win new business by providing visually appealing and informative reports that show the results of my work.
- Great for brand tracking, clean design. Trial period option is great for users to understand where they'll be putting their money.
Cons
- Lack of schedule and management actions is it's only flaw.
- The worst part is that Reportei doesn't have a free plan (even a limited one).
- Few data from social media, especialy instagram, who is growthing every day, more than facebook. Another problem its the impossibility to customize data.
Pros
- We love that it is in-depth and allows you to add images, links and your own text. Awesome product at an affordable price point.
- We've been using Swydo for a few years now, very happy with the software, the speed, ease of use and how reliable it is.
- Really pleased so far with the platform and learning more each day about how to better use it and make it even more powerful.
Cons
- The customer support is awful and when things stop working, this can mean months waiting for updates on problems you have highlighted.
- There was one connection missing to a platform we use.
- Embedded reports/dashboards are quite slow to load, sometimes extremely slow to the point of failing.
