Het is niet zo’n papierentijger en tijdrovende vragenlijst als bij de traditionele mto. Als organisatie heb je constant een vinger aan de pols en kun je na langer gebruik van Solkie ook trends gaan achterhalen. Je kunt ook beter sturen op de verschillende onderwerpen. Cons: Niet echt een nadeel wel een belangrijk aandachtspunt. Omdat je constant meet us het belangrijk goed na te denken over de frequentie van de vragenlijsten. Verder is het belangrijk om draagvlak te hebben onder het management en moeten zij het belang zien van maar zich ook verantwoordelijk voelen voor het regelmatig bespreekbaar maken van het mto op alle lagen van we organisatie.
