Pros/Cons
Pros
- Their operations support team is quick to respond, eager to help, and ambitious with their goals of keeping their customers happy.
- Supermetrics is great to pull data from our marketing vendors. My team uses super metrics for google sheets as an important step in our etl process and well as reporting and visualization.
- I have never seen such a responsive, personable, and all together helpful team of individuals. I will recommend Supermetrics 10 out of 10 times.
Cons
- It's difficult to find out how to get started with building data sheets, but the worst part of the product. Customer support is utterly useless.
- The entire year we have not used the service, not even once. Now, Supermetrics (PIC) is refusing to provide a refund for the fee that was charged.
- I am routinely frustrated to find that my daily queries have been failing for a week or more without notifying me. Twitter, Youtube, and Instagram all give me issues with this.
Pros
- The bulit-in integrations, as well as the ability to create customer integrations, is a great feature. The setup and reporting functions are seamless.
- For the most part, we enjoy the ability to create clean, comprehensive marketing reports for our clients.
- I love the client access and viewer management capabilities. Having a nice dashboard with a unique login and URL looks so great as an agency.
Cons
- A lot of the time the document will be different once exported from TapClicks to PowerPoint which is frustrating. Data sometimes is not the most accurate.
- The accuracy of our data is always a little bit questionable despite our conversations with TapClicks admin.
- The site speed is very hit or miss despite trying all of the recommendations to speed it up. There are capabilities that seem SO basic to me that the platform doesn't offer.
