TapAnalytics is a cloud-based business intelligence (BI) solution that offers digital-marketing reporting and analytics for ad agencies, media companies and enterprises in industries such as automotive, travel and real estate.

This platform allows users to combine their marketing campaigns and performance results into a unified digital dashboard. TapAnalytics provides on-demand analytics, comparative scoring, advanced trending insights and data visualization within a single solution.

TapAnalytics integrates with multiple marketing services such as Google DFA, Google AdWords, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Foursquare, LinkedIn, Bing Ads and Facebook ads. These integrations help users manage all their marketing campaigns in a single place.

TapAnalytics’ reporting feature tracks and manages automatic uploads to Google Drive, Dropbox or FTP. Users can also schedule email delivery, export and send to Word, Excel or PDF.

TapAnalytics allows users to create client-ready reports with the help of interactive charts and graphs. It also allows users to add logos, custom titles and support links to the reports.

    Able to easily see advertising campaign analytics provided by our advertising partners.

    Pros

    I've used TapClicks with a few different advertising providers. It provides clear, high-level and in-depth insight into your campaigns and properties. It's probably the best end-user advertising analytics platform that I've personally used. You can see multiple channels, campaigns, and more in an easy to use interface.

    Cons

    I don't really have any complaints with the platform itself, usually the problem is more with the providers that are white labeling TapClicks and not setting up the platform properly or insufficiently. If you're looking to provide analytics for your clients, make sure you are giving them ample support and know how to use the platform you're building them.

    Pros

    There are numerous Data Sources from which to pull and display client information. Even though one of our vendors was not offered, Tapclicks worked with them to develop a way to add them as a plug-in.

    Our service representatives have been extremely helpful. Most notably is the timing within which our questions would be answered. We even had several in office visits from our rep to ensure we fully understood the functionality of the tool. For prices offered; this level of service is very good!

    Development/Reporting issues we reported were acknowledged and addressed in a timely manner.

    Cons

    There are some features in reporting that can be a little buggy; however, I would expect Tapclicks to be able to address these issues as they arise.

    Something is always wrong with the API, the custom functions are confusing, the Import Wizard only works some of the time - the set up is confusing.

    Pros

    Ease of use, not only are there multiple different pre-set forms but without it you can still do anything with ease.

    Cons

    There are still more plugins I would like to see. Whenever there are plugins I want to see, however, TapClicks is always all over either finding ways to make the connection or work on an integration for me.

    Ease of use and new features. It was very easy to get TapClicks up and running for reporting. Easy integration and adding new customers is quick.

    Some features have cause issues but customer services are great to deal with. Also, some of the field customizations is a bit limited - the ability to add a remove some fields requires reaching out to CSR.

    In one day the business of yours can grow to such sizes that it will be impossible to control everything and this is that moment when you will need TapClicks. This software gives you a possibility to keep track of every important moment in your business without permanent disturbing your subordinates from their usual work. You can teach them how to do everything regarding reports through this system and after that just check the results on your mobile phone or tablet.

    I mentioned before that you can teach your colleagues how to do reporting through this business intelligence system, and you really can do that, but as a minus I can highlight the way of doing this, I mean that this is not as easy as desirable and I think it would be great to make this process easier.

    Streamlined reporting that gives us the ability to provide as much or as little data as we'd like for each of our customers from a variety of portals.

    Pros

    Our customers love it. Allows us to provide the reporting they require, tailored to their specific needs. There's a great deal of flexibility in what can be provided.
    Our representative is fantastic- they are extremely responsive and always happy to hop on a call with every question we have and speak directly to our customers as needed
    Widgets are easy to create and revise.
    I personally find the software extremely easy to use, although there seems to be a very large learning curve with the majority of my team.

    Cons

    The integrations have occasionally taken longer than we'd like. There are interim solutions, but the actual S2S integration took quite some time. With the latest integration, it didn't contain everything we needed and outlined in the spec.

    Client facing consolidated data dashboard and visualizers are great for clients who want top line data. Plus we can configure and white label to fit agency needs too..

    Pros

    Lot's of data integrators. Marketing Automation Platform workflow fits our business model and processes, but are still launching this.

    Cons

    Not sure if the connector API's pull in every metric hook from every data source, such as ecomm order totals for ROAS analysis, which is available in AdWords/Analytics.

    We've experienced a few bugs here and there pulling from data source, and received API SOAP errors and the like, but they usually get resolved.

    The ability to manipulate widgets to present the data in a variety of visual representations. I can choose a bar graph, a pie chart, whole numbers, etc. whatever I think is the best way to present that specific data. I also like how quickly I can reach out to my customer service representative. They don't always have the answer, but they try to find it. I also appreciate how quickly I can pull a report once I have done the heavy lifting of setting up the dashboard.

    Cons

    I don't like that I can't manually upload some of the reporting information I need. My display provided is not a platform that TapClicks currently has an integration for. I do not get the type of reporting excel or csv file that I need to upload that data to TapClicks, so my display reporting is never able to be included in the TapClicks reports I give to clients. I have to go and create a separate report entirely for any display data which sort of defeats the purpose of having TapClicks. I also don't like that the widgets like to bug out fairly often. It seems like every time I log on to TapClicks to pull a report one of the widgets is messing up and not reporting data accurately. As you can guess this is very frustrating when a client is on the way and I need an accurate report asap.

    Onboarding new data sources through the extensive library of connected applications is very powerful. Many similar reporting platforms have only a subset and are very limited in the scope of each reporting API.

    Widget sizes are limited in terms of customization(colors) and size. It would be more helpful for richer customization of each widget.

    What I liked more was the ease of use of the software and how easy it was to request features. Support was always very helpful and open to hearing new ideas and adding them onto the roadmap.

    How its ever-evolving, I like how there are constantly new features coming out that give us ideas on how to better create reports for clients, as well as updates to our RFP/IO portal.

    This software benefits our clients on a daily basis. From tech support, to the sales team, and even their client's are using TapClicks to review campaign information.

    Pros

    The platform is user friendly and can be as simple or expert as you need it to be. For the future, being able to plug into many different sources will be very beneficial for our company.

    Cons

    This technology like all other online/digital products is consistently changing. I fear that some of our team members do not use the TapClicks dashboard to its full potential because they are still novice. Having more calls/communication about training, advancements, etc would be appreciated.
