On top of that, the transparency helped strengthen the trust and limited the frustration one could have whenever they were back and forth with the Customer Success Manager who edited the report to understand the way it was computed, the meaning behind a definition, or simply because they were manual errors. Secondly, creating a report manually was a boring and time-consuming task that Customer Success Managers dreaded, and having set-up a Toucan dashboard has freed a lot of time for CSM to focus on what matters.
