About Transaction Pro

Transaction Pro allows businesses to export, import and delete data in the form of invoices, journal entries and other documents in and out of QuickBooks. Transaction Pro exports data in the form of various file formats including Microsoft Excel, TXT and Microsoft Excel. Users can select columns for export, delete transactions in batches and configure access permissions according to requirements. Transaction Pro is available on one-time and annual subscriptions and support is extended via email, video tutorials, knowledge base, FAQs and other online measures.

Great Product!!!

PROS

I use this product on a weekly basis to import my invoices. The software is very easy to use and straight forward, which makes this task easier. The software helps streamline by billing process.

CONS

I do not have anything that I like least about this software.

Transaction Pro Importer is an excellent bridging tool!

Overall, this is a great product and I would highly recommend it.

PROS

We use a customized inventory control and oil reclamation software called E.A.S.E. and TPI allows us to import all of our financial data directly into Quickbooks. It was easy to install and set up. Customer support is great!

CONS

I keep having an issue with the product deactivating so I have to go in several times a week and reactivate the subscription. Sometimes this will occur multiple times within a day, sometimes it only happens every few days. When I reported this to TPI, I was told that it originally occurred due to a virus that hit their system but they had discovered the cause and it was being fixed. Like with most things in IT, technology is great... until it isn't.

License Problem

Good Program but we buy for one time software and every day need to take approve for there server to open the program . some times there servers stalled during the reboot sequence, causing TPro Desktop Licenses to not activate , so ...... you can not finish your job

PROS

I like most because it was a Value For money

This may be unique to me; I freelance and manage the Finance section alone. Hence with TPI, I am able to close the books on time and minimize errors with peace of mind. In 2015, when an upgrade was required for QuickBooks; 7 years of confidential partial data had to be moved from the AP to the Employees Section; Needed to use the Pro Exporter, then the deleter, then the Importer. Learnt of TPI then, and the project was successful; am very grateful to TPI ever since. At times, when I do run into problems while importing/exporting it's ALWAYS my error; usually due to a careless non-conformity in the templates etc; once the fields match, TPI is spot on in importing the data. Thank you very much; "T"ruly a "P"eace of "I"nspiration! :)

PROS

With TPI, basic data entry is completed in a very short period of time. This allows for more quality time for review work. Am very grateful to the genius and inspiration that came from the team that designed this software. I have also received fast and helpful support when I needed guidance.

CONS

Great value, kinda quirky

Transaction Pro is great because it can be purchased out right and has a proven history of success. The program is lightweight and saves time. Since Quick Books doesn't have this option natively, Transaction Pro is the best 3rd party solution.

PROS

Transaction Pro allows you to take spreadsheet data and bulk import it into Quick Books. It's features include using simple formulas to combine data from 2 cells into one line; adding items to inventory; and including tax information. Once the data map is created it takes only a few minutes to import sales etc. Transaction Pro also has a pretty extensive knowledge base for setup, and troubleshooting.

CONS

Transaction Pro requires a Quick Books user with near admin level access to work properly. The field mapping is very specific, if you change your import columns, you have to make a new map from scratch.
