I use this product on a weekly basis to import my invoices. The software is very easy to use and straight forward, which makes this task easier. The software helps streamline by billing process.

I do not have anything that I like least about this software.

Overall, this is a great product and I would highly recommend it.

We use a customized inventory control and oil reclamation software called E.A.S.E. and TPI allows us to import all of our financial data directly into Quickbooks. It was easy to install and set up. Customer support is great!

I keep having an issue with the product deactivating so I have to go in several times a week and reactivate the subscription. Sometimes this will occur multiple times within a day, sometimes it only happens every few days. When I reported this to TPI, I was told that it originally occurred due to a virus that hit their system but they had discovered the cause and it was being fixed. Like with most things in IT, technology is great... until it isn't.

Good Program but we buy for one time software and every day need to take approve for there server to open the program . some times there servers stalled during the reboot sequence, causing TPro Desktop Licenses to not activate , so ...... you can not finish your job

This may be unique to me; I freelance and manage the Finance section alone. Hence with TPI, I am able to close the books on time and minimize errors with peace of mind. In 2015, when an upgrade was required for QuickBooks; 7 years of confidential partial data had to be moved from the AP to the Employees Section; Needed to use the Pro Exporter, then the deleter, then the Importer. Learnt of TPI then, and the project was successful; am very grateful to TPI ever since. At times, when I do run into problems while importing/exporting it's ALWAYS my error; usually due to a careless non-conformity in the templates etc; once the fields match, TPI is spot on in importing the data. With TPI, basic data entry is completed in a very short period of time. This allows for more quality time for review work. Am very grateful to the genius and inspiration that came from the team that designed this software. I have also received fast and helpful support when I needed guidance.

Transaction Pro is great because it can be purchased out right and has a proven history of success. The program is lightweight and saves time. Since Quick Books doesn't have this option natively, Transaction Pro is the best 3rd party solution.

Transaction Pro allows you to take spreadsheet data and bulk import it into Quick Books. It's features include using simple formulas to combine data from 2 cells into one line; adding items to inventory; and including tax information. Once the data map is created it takes only a few minutes to import sales etc. Transaction Pro also has a pretty extensive knowledge base for setup, and troubleshooting.

Transaction Pro requires a Quick Books user with near admin level access to work properly. The field mapping is very specific, if you change your import columns, you have to make a new map from scratch.

This App streamlined uploading daily sales reports. By creating a spreadsheet template for all locations to use and set up the importer, one can then simply import the spreadsheets and transaction pro will read the data. There is some finagling to ensure you have the correct format ... seemingly across operating systems - windows to Mac there may be some discrepancy.

When upgrading to allow multiple users, additional users cannot access the app from the app list in quickbooks unless they are the initial owner of the app... so additional users have to sign in through intuit on the transaction pro website - unless possibly upgraded on Quickbooks? Though if you pay the extra price to upgrade the app, seems one should receive more benefit.

Makes it simple to import Purchase orders.

Haven't really used for anything else, looks a bit cumbersome. Had someone from a QB consulting firm set it up the first time.

There is no phone # to reach a live person and we have been going back and forth by emails. We have had to hire an IT person who will be looking into our problem today.

We trudge through the lack of direct support due to the hours of automation the import process and Quickbooks integration save us for a really cheap price.

The Quickbooks integration importer and exporter save my company 20+ hours every week. The accountants who use this love the fact that they don't have to do hundreds of manual entries and can import an excel file.

The support doesn't have a phone number to talk to anyone, so you end up waiting hours or days for a response, and in the meantime, the app doesn't work.

I am using Transaction Pro to sync my 3rd party software with Quickbooks Online and it has been excellent. Once the mapping is saved the process only takes seconds.

So many options for different types of formats to import.

mapping didn't automatically recognize same fields

Having Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter connecting to our Quickbooks software saves us so much time between importing various items. Having the option to upload check information or pull in journal entries with hundreds of lines directly from Excel helps speed up the process of our month end close. There are so many other options for importing to Quickbooks so I'm sure we've just scratched the surface to improving our efficiencies in our organization.

When there are errors with the imports the description of the error can be vague or difficult to figure out what the actual issue is.

I am very happy with the program. I'm getting a lot of use out of it. Excellent prograrm.

Overall a 10 out of 10 timesaver. We know that there are many other benefits that we just have not had the chance of exploring yet, such as using it for payroll entries.

We use the software to import mass journal entries from a Concur data dump into Quickbooks. This process used to be agonizingly painful and now it takes no time at all. Using Transaction Pro has streamlined this process and saved us hours upon hours. The service team is always friendly, quick to reply and makes sure your problems are solved.

The software, while simple, can seem a little archaic at times and we had some difficulties when a new employee would start. The service team is outstanding so it outweighs any issues we had with the software itself.

We no longer have to duplicate work done in our database to our accounting package. We are confident that what is in our database is the same as what is in our accounts.

It is very user friendly and saves me a lot of time being able to import from our database in to Quickbooks, which I do at least twice a week. I like the fact that you can view your batch before importing to check again for accuracy on your previous processing.

There's nothing that I've found I don't like about Transaction Pro!

I used Transaction Pro Importer for Quickbooks Enterprise and I can say the Quickbooks online version is much better and user friendly.

The ease of use for importing and exporting. The template set up is very easy to understand.

We have multiple Quickbooks online companies. I wish there was a slightly easier way to switch between accounts.

It creates efficiency in uploading mass data into QuickBooks, uploads through the system cut so much time on data entry so other tasks can be handled.

It provides ease to uploading excel files into QuickBooks with the proper mapping and cuts down time from performing manual time entry.

It takes a little while for the system to ensure that the mapping is correct between systems. Other than that I haven't had many issues with it.

I was actually setting up a new QB company for a client and was able to import invoices etc for the current year. It worked very well.

Software works. It is able to transfer transactions into Quickbooks accurately.

Customer service is not so good. I should be able to email/chat/call online for support

We have been using Transaction Pro for years to compliment our line of integration products and services. Transaction pro has given us the ability to auto import data from popular platforms such as Shopify and Amazon to Quickbooks Desktop and now Quickbooks online. We also use the Data Export features to push QB data back to these platforms as well. Transaction pro has given us the ability to make this process easy.

No major concerns so far. Sometimes, there are restrictions due to security firewalls but asking help from the customer service teams helps overcome that.

This software is very easy to use. My clients have caught on quickly and that's a plus for my company in selling our product.

I wish I didn't have to schedule a time for support.

This application has been around for some years and the interface has kept up with the times. Support has always been awesome and I recommend this to all my Accounting clients

We use Transaction Pro to import 2-3 page invoices into QBO. This can be a laborious task, and after setting up our Excel templates, it only a minute.

Sometimes after we import our file we cannot get to the Home page readily so we have to exit out and restart.

It was relatively easy and intuitive to follow the guides to the final import screen to Quickbooks.

I could not complete an import, always issues, all on the new Quickbooks account used to test. With that said I would be inclined to pursue another solution since this could not be resolved, despite a technical assistant screen-share.

I use four different softwares to do my job. Two work flawlessly together, however, this product translates those so the four says virtually the same thing. This product is essential for me to do my work quickly, accurately, effectively and efficiently.

It doesn’t like fake emails. One of my biggest stumbling blocks in my job.

It allows me to not do copious amounts of data entry!

I wish you could just upload things once.

Overall, the experience with the software has been disappointing. Due to poor customer service, we will opt for an alternate product.

Ability to import data from one platform to another. Works with Quickbooks (but some fields do not import correctly). Time saver (if issues resolved)!

Some data fields do not match properly during import. Main issue is with customer service. It you need assistance you will not receive it in a timely manner. Phone line is busy and chat service does not respond. It's been over 4 days and we have yet to receive a response. Overall, support is non existent.
