About Tugger

Tugger ETL enables users to start or improve their business reporting by enabling them to get their data out of their source(s) and into Tableau or Microsoft Power BI. Tugger removes the need for a manual API integration, which greatly simplifies the process and removes the need for any developer input. A fantastic option for simPRO > Power BI Reporting!

PROS

The Tugger platform and support from the Tugger team has meant extracting data from our field service management software (simPRO) to Microsoft Power BI seamless, pain-free and cost-effective! The standard reports made available for free are excellent, and the customisations and bespoke reports that Tugger have supported us on have been just as excellent!

CONS

None! We haven't found any fault with the Tugger platform itself!

Review of Tugger from Electrical Company using Simpro

Our overall experience has been fantastic; even when we had a few technical issues the Tugger team provided amazing customer support and service.

PROS

Tugger has revolutionised the way we can extract Data from the job management system we use; Simpro. By integrating Tugger with Simpro it has allowed us to visualise and analyse all aspects of our jobs from quoting and sales to project management, purchase orders and financial reviews including WIP, Profitability and Cashflow.

CONS

there was a bit of setup but once done it has just worked with minimal ongoing input

Tugger Xero

Fantastic staff very helpful, really enjoying it so far

PROS

The team at Tugger are fantastic listen to your opinions and take them on board when developing the reports. The reports out of xero are fantastic and fill a big gap in xero

CONS

The connectors I wish there was a way of logging on to “a portal with all Tugger clients we’ve added and just being able to select the client we want to add job done.

It’s more complicated and I couldn’t seem to get breakdown of the figures even with support

Tugger Review

Very good. Probably the one of the best for customer support.

Some tables are not correctly labelled with some columns not connected correctly to our software.
