It's extremely helpful to have one place that supports the employee from onboarding to off-boarding. Reports are extremely customizable allowing us to provide data upon request quickly.

The UI and how it manually enters pay codes is really difficult to do efficiently. I find myself constantly frustrated when entering manually.

Nice to have the convenience of clocking into work from the phone and also scheduling time off is great.

I would recommend to anyone in the production line industry or assembly, it is great and allows you to keep good track of your staff while providing solid data analytics and reports.

It is great for a small business but has so much more to offer. The Kronos Community is a helpful tool and customer service is great.

They system is super user friendly, and it gives me the service and applications that I need to run a payroll and time card system of in excess of 100 employees with ease.

Workforce Ready is a very robust time and labor application that can integrate seamlessly with your payroll solution.

How easy we can run reports. There are a few more features that we like and user friendly.

I think it is very difficult to read the confirmation page, it does not show the dependents without having to reopen it. It is very confusing when selecting dependents and spouses for a plan.

The one complaint I have about this software app is that I cannot use my fingerprint to login.

Kronos software (and maintenance and modifications) tend to be on the higher side when it comes to cost, but you do get what you pay for with the product and any customizations needed.

Our office loves the Employee Self Service options. The customer service team is also great.

Sometimes when I am reporting my hours, the end date will disappear randomly. This isn't a huge problem but a mild annoyance.

Workday allows you to see and make changes to your employee benefits quickly and easily. It's nice that you can access all of this information without contacting human resources.

The layout and accessibility is superb. Nice flow to the pages, very logically created software.

What I like the most about Workday Recruiting is how nicely it's sometimes integrated into the careers page of most hospitals.

Workday I am so glad it is becoming a lot more common in the industry and I love the convenience that the product provides to the consumer.

If for some reason I forgot my login credentials, I had to move through my company's HR which was actually a pain instead of just resetting from the workday website.

Scheduled maintenance is a inconvenience. Building reports can be extremely difficult.

So far I have seen a training video and have barely used the product but it looks like it works seamlessly and great.

There were times I got a little lost with the system and its ways, however I feel it was more about my issues and not the softwares.
