Overall, my experience with blogstatic has been fantastic. It's exactly what it says on the box, and more! Nearly any bug I report is fixed very quickly (sometimes within the hour!), and new features are consistently being added to make the experience even better. Honestly, now that I'm thinking about my experience currently compared to when I first started using blogstatic, it's quite impressive the strides they have made to improve their product. I'm looking forward to where it's going in the future!

Fastest blogging provider I've ever used, hands down. No more bloated Wordpress sites :) The editor is minimalist and intuitive, and is consistently getting better each time I use it. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has also been a very responsive [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who clearly cares about the users, and quickly iterates upon new features and bug fixes I also really like their commitment to green energy and making sure their services remain healthy for the Earth!

There are some things that could be streamlined, such as setting up a custom domain which you have to manually inform them of for them to update their DNS records. The editor / interface is minimalistic, so it's not as feature-rich as a full-fledged editor. This may be a con for you. Although, as I mentioned above, it is quickly improving.

It's sooo easy to start with, infinitely easier than using WordPress and other blogging services I tried in the past. I have only been using it for a short time, but long enough to realize that everything in the service is well thought out, planned, and executed. It was very easy to deploy. By easy, I mean, as easy as operating your Facebook account. Customer support that looks to good to be true.

It's still quite new. Yet to be perfect, and there are lots of features that should be added.

Running a blog over the last 10 years has got more and more complex, with plugins and updates, themes, management and security. Blogstatic removes all of the admin to running a blog and just lets you write your posts and publish your articles quickly under your own domain.

I like that I can get a blog setup in minutes with my own custom domain.

blogstatic is the easiest software I've used. It helped me start my new blog in minutes. There was nothing to install. Blogging is a breeze in the editing area. The best part is that the editor looks exactly the same as my chosen theme. So there's really nothing to preview. You hit publish once you're happy with how your post looks. Everything is streamlined and you don't even notice you're using a blogging platform. It feels like a nicely designed editor, right out of the box.

I can't really say there was anything missing. New features are constantly being added. I only wish that it stays simple as it is, without getting bloated like Ghost or dare I say, Wordpress.

I love it, it is simple, does what it needs and writing has become a joy. Editing and publishing is realtime with preview so you get what you see.

Using Blogstatic has been great! I've only started using it recently, but I can already tell that it will help me build a habit of writing on my blog. Blogstatic makes it easy to just focus on writing. All I have to do is log in, write, and publish. I don't have to worry about hosting issues, upgrading software, or any of that. Just writing! It removes a lot of the roadblocks. It's the reason I decided to give it a try, and I'm glad I did.

Blogstatic has all the essential features needed to successfully write and publish my blog. It's easy to use and pages load fast! I really like the simple and minimalistic design. In addition to blog posts, I can also create pages for my blog, like an About page and such. But the real benefit of using Blogstatic, imo, is that it can help me build up the habit of writing on my blog. Love the fact that I don't have to worry about installing software, or hosting the blog myself. And it's great that I can use a custom domain. It makes everything so much simpler! Another win for me is that Blogstatic is built and maintained by an indie maker. I like that I can communicate with the maker directly if I have a question or need support. And the simple yearly plan pricing with all features included is perfect.

Some of the user interface still needs some polishing, but that's mostly a cosmetic issue. Blogstatic is still young, so it's understandable that some of the features are still being worked out and refined.

I have used to setup individual pages for individuals that have close to none experience in blogging platforms.

I like how easy and user-friendly the experience was to set up the blog. I have used it for testing purposes and ended up recommending to everyone that I knew that started a blog.

Does not have regular plugins that I am a fan of on WordPress and Joomla.

I like this product because it was very simple to set up and launch a published post quickly. I also was looking for a solution that worked well with my Carrd website.

A little bit of back and forth with getting it running in a subfolder on my website but the customer support made that a non-issue as they were able to help me quickly accomplish what I was looking to do.

The east of use, the ability to set it up with /folder option (great for SEO). Most importantly the responsiveness and support of [sensitive content hidden] !

There isn't anything I would like to point out as negative.

[sensitive content hidden] is very responsive and went out of his way to make sure I was onboarded properly. We ran into some technical issues during the migration, and he was extremely helpful in trying to fix the issues. Val was also incredibly helpful in getting a feature request implemented into Blogstatic.

We ran into technical trouble during the migration, which delayed the process quite a bit. With that said, it wasn't necessarily because of Blogstatic itself—rather other (necessary) dependencies that threw a wrench into the works. I think the only downside to Blogstatic at this point is that showing/hiding the logo is not an option, but that might change in the future :).

Easy learning curve … comes with basic features and the ability to add your own files. Had some early issues getting it connected to a custom domain but that was more a cloudflare issue than a blogtastic issue and the folks at blogtastic walked me thru everything step by step and followed up daily without prompting

everything is ready for you, the built in SEO, nothing to install, custom domains, you can create multiples at a time save and walk away , come back and everything is like you left it. There are multiple things I like about this site. I definitely recommend it.
