Contact customer support for them to let me know that only few type of file are allowed. I then try to start a conversation with them asking why they could not allowed my requested file type and the lady in customer support could not and would not give me a proper answer as to why. She simply kept answering me "we do not allowed this type of file at this time." Asking why was not answered, asking reasonable questions to try to understand was totally ignore and I got back that these type of files were not allowed. All of that occurs over a weekend which tell me that the issue was not even escalate to the proper channel, but was only given the usual type of response they would give to anybody who contact them, without even discussing-it with their technical resources in the first place. Contact customer support or not would not give you end user experience expected, but would rather leave you cold and frustrated. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 2/5 - Functionality: 3/5 #### Pros Easy to create professional looking website, as long as your website remain pretty standard, you should be fine, but don't deviate from standard establish because you will find soon enough that they don't actually care. #### Cons Customer support can hardly be describe as customer support. Their replay are quite generic and do not show any sign of intelligence. It is probably attended by an old woman who has no idea what a website could or could not do. If you receive a reply from Radiana Todorova, then don't even bother escalating the problem further because she will keep on answering you the same warm-up reply. (You get what you pay for by the way) They do not disclose that they do not support the sale of digital goods on their websites until AFTER you sign up and pay. I contacted them the same day I signed up and immediately requested a refund since they cannot provide the direct service I require. I used/received zero services. They responded that they could not provide a refund. I read through their terms and conditions 3 times (again) and it states nowhere that refunds will or will not be given. It is not addressed. They now will provide me with zero reason why they won’t give me a refund besides “I can’t”. They claim they have been around for 13 years, but based on my experience I now see why they are not well heard of and their lowest ratings are in the area of customer service. The page I keep getting directed to is their terms and conditions which states nothing about refunds in any situation. One can practically set a webite within a day and start selling onlcomputers as well for mobiles too, and it is automatically without resizing the ready website for ine. Cheap webshop solutions. Free trial, free business mailbox and free domain are nice bonuses. Customized for desktop as well for mobile visitors automatically. Visitors traffic is included as well free creation of favicon. There is an option to have completely free website with subdomain in case one has to start with no funds and maybe later upgrade. Very helpful Support service. #### Cons Some more online payment processors will be welcomed to integrate. I am locked into paying for a site you do not even host, over $80.00, and I have paid every invoice don't on the platform showing due and owing, but I am locked out of my accounts from editing, removing, or doing anything! That is unconscionable and illegal! I have made complaints to the appropriate authorities, and I have entered a review on Trustpilot discussing your extortion, bullying, and your retaliation! According to your representative, I OWN THOSE SITES so to block me from removing them from your platform is unconscionable! All this started because I wanted to cancel all my websites because your website builder is not meeting my needs! They canceled my website because i thought they auto billed and sent an email saying i could fix it by clicking the link which i did and payed. They showed it payed but never reinstated the site. They refuse to pay back the prorated portion of time i don't have a site and want me to go through a bunch of extra processes before they'll even fix the account being off.
