The solution serves the board members, the management, administration and the stakeholders of the company. Key features include reporting, e-signatures, and a board book. Board Portals helps organizations to store documents and interact with the board, auditor, shareholders and other user groups. Board members can receive meeting invitations and new documents and take notes, add remarks and add comments in the documents. Customer Support from [sensitive content hidden] is very friendly, supportive, professional, efficient and effective, nothing is ever too much trouble for her and she deals with all matters in a timely manner. She is very personal to deal with, very approachable and gives excellent service. Ease of use: Once trained, this product is very easy to follow. Labels and Titles are logical, navigation is methodical and it does not take very long for one to find their way around the product. Meeting Management/Document management is easy, the user guides are helpful and papers are secure. Paperless is always the way forward, safer, more secure, less physical filing. #### Cons Personally I have like this product since it was introduced to me by DPT. The design has been positively changed over time, clearly the designers/manufacturers listen to feedback for improvement and implement it.
