Very effective tool

Very good. Everybody should have it.

Pros

All the papers are stored one Place very easy to find. You can sign Electronic. Always helpful support.

Cons

I can t see so many disadvantages With this tool.

Review from an administrator having used the system since the beginning of 2017.

Pros

Very user friendly and gives good overview over meetings, folders and documents. Access possible from many platforms. Security and possibility of defining and limiting access.

Cons

Not all aspects are user friendly/intuitive for the administrators. Automatic numbering could entail choice of a,b,c ... instead of numbers only? Alignment of text on agenda could be better.

Experiences from Høyskolen Kristiania

We use admincontrol for both our board and top management. It works every time, and the users find it intuitive. For the future I wish that the app to iPad will improve.

Pros

Easy interface, and intuitive for the user. Never had any trouble.

Cons

That I can´t use my iPad to upload documents. The search-engine could also be better.
