In the 2+ years I've been working in the BoardDocs, I can't think of anything I really don't like about the software.

Their customer service is outstanding and the product continues to develop and improve.

Just love the paperless agendas and the ease of the public accessing documents.

Sometimes the interface is a little difficult to navigate.

BoardDocs is an outstanding tool that is cost effective, time efficient, and provides transparency.

BoardDocs provides amazing customer service, training, and user experiences.

The school board members learned quickly as well. Boarddocs is definitely user friendly especially for those not electronically inclined.

The ease of learning to use it and the ease of searching for documents.

Sometimes during a meeting there is lag time making it uncomfortable for the audience.

I don't know that there's anything I dislike about the software other than a couple of quirky things mostly because it's a cloud-based program.

Our overall experience with Boarddocs has been a great one.

The feature I like the least about this software is the choice of fonts and the inability to change the size of the bulleted lists.

The ease of use of this service is one of my favorite parts. Having everything in one place and paperless are both bonuses.

Easy to use, support staff is great, when I call I don't get an automatic machine. It is actually a person.

By using this program it cuts the amount of time literally in half  for doing the Board Meeting Agendas.

For our technologically challenged, it isn't as superly user-friendly as it could be, but let's be honest, they have trouble logging in to check their email, let alone a simple web app.

This was a great software program to allow clients to make signatures in an easy fashion.

We also more easily track board motions and votes and can use the platforms metadata search to help guide policy and decision making.

My overall experience with BoardDocs has been excellent. My entire team of users enjoy working with it and being able to go in and make corrections to their item(s) without it being such a hassle.

My board has 22 regular meetings each year. This has helped us consolidate tens of thousands of documents and saved us thousands in paper each year.

This has been a huge time saver, and I highly recommend it to anyone in public education.

Unless you have the Pro version, there isn't much that the software offers. But the Pro version is very costly.

BoardDocs is a lifesaver. It streamlines a board meeting agenda building process.

One place to create, edit, and house all board documents. Their customer service is amazing.

The ease of creating agendas and completing meeting minutes has saved a great amount of time. I can access the system from home or my phone if need be.

We have saved money but more importantly we have saved time. BoardDocs has never let me down and the system has never let my Board members down.

This product is very easy to use and understandable.

The support has been very good. My problems have been resolved quickly and efficiently.

It was took difficult to coordinate audio with the BoardVantage meeting.

It's an excellent product, and I highly recommend it. Also, should a question come up, you can always reach their customer service team, which is excellent.

Secure transmitting of info to Board Members is a huge improvement and document managing during a meeting is much improved with the software.

What I like most about NASDAQ Boardvantage is their customer support. Not only are always helpful and pleasant, but they are readily available.

Had some good support in recent months so starting to make it work better for us.

It is an excellent tool to use for meetings, communication with members of a board, and has top notch security features.

They were very responsive and quickly resolved my issue.

Far superior to paper board books. Like that I can open on either computer or iPad.

My first training was on-site for one day, and customer support was very helpful, and I felt I had a good handle on the produce.

The product is easy to use, but when support is needed they are great when issues do arise - they are quick to respond and always courteous and very helpful and knowledgeable.

Can be pricey if you are on a limited budget. Also if your board members are not used to using current technology there will be a learning curve.

It is user friendly and we receive updates very often which is interesting.

I dislike the following things. The sync function is slow.

The customer support is great. Any questions were answered quickly via email.

Copying one folder to another folder is a bit tricky because the permissions don't seem to transfer over.

Great platform for large document share and collaboration.

Functionality and ease of use are both fantastic. With all the bells and whistles it is easy as a user.

I like it because of the collaborative capabilities and intuitive navigation of the software. It has security features that others in the organization like.

I notice that most board members use their IPad so no materials are printed which cuts down on confidential documents being misplaced.

The interface is great and allows me to provide our board with the information they need in a timely and organized fashion.

I liked the ease of updating the board materials once they are posted.

It is pretty user friendly. I have always found the customer support to be fabulous.

The software is very easy to use for me (I'm nearly Gen-Z) and for the older generations we have accessing our files in BoardVantage.
