Our Board members are often traveling, and the platform is a real saver when it comes to conducting meetings with a few members joining online. Has all the needed features like voting on issues and a few more. The essential one is action items. It helps us to track progress and making sure that each meeting has clear outcomes.

BoardMaps team has taken great care in onboarding each person (even staff members). Overall this platform has helped us in increasing the efficiency of our Board communication.

Being able to generate the meeting minutes in BoardMaps based on our templates has also saved us a ton of time, and our members love that information from past meetings is available anytime they want to refer back to it. Everything is there and in one place.

It took a little while to figure out all of the permission settings, but now it is working exactly as we hoped.
