Overall, we have loved BoardSpot and I have adopted it as the board management software that I use for several of the boards that I sit on.

I love using BoardSpot to simplify the management of documents related to board business. Our team is small and finding an affordable yet comprehensive platform has made managing the board of directors much easier.

As of right now, we have not found anything we do not like. We have requested that the platform add a connection to Slack or provide an in-house discussion platform.

So far so good! All my expectations have been met and the upgrades have been really good. Looking forward to seeing more optionalities.

it keeps my board in the know and current with all documents. I have one upload and they can come look at the documents or past minutes/agendas anytime.

Would be nice to have a collaboration site. This would enable the board to add ideas and chat about certain topics.

Easy enough to use that everyone can access and view calendar, meeting minutes, etc

Sometimes we dont get all notifications, it is pricey for the function

The best "feature" BoardSpot has is their customer service team. They are amazing. Very responsive, really listen to our feedback, and always offer solutions to any issue that arises. We are excited about this new relationship!

BoardSpot is easy to set up and easy to use. Most all functions are very self explanatory. It's features are competitive with many much higher priced options.

The portal seems a bit new so I think some features that may be useful are still in the works or coming very soon.

Our nonprofit board is better able to focus on our work, organize documents, and coordinate meetings.

It's excellent for our nonprofit board; I only wish our church (with a much smaller budget) could afford to use it.

Our board has used it for just over 2 yrs now; what a relief to have everything current and past stored in one location and easy to find.

Someone else created the perfect program for {perhaps} inexperienced and/or volunteer boards that makes it easy for everyone to use.

I do not have any "dislikes" about BoardSpot. I appreciate this tool that is handy for a volunteer board member.

An easy-to-use, user-friendly platform to keep track of all important board information -- members, contacts, committees, documents -- in a way that is simple and appropriately accessible for everyone. I love this tool and we've only just begun to use it. It has already saved me so much time. Plus, the customer service -- sales, onboarding, and responsiveness to questions -- has been outstanding.

The only down side I had initially -- the lack of an integrated Zoom link -- has been addressed since we joined. So far, I don't have anything I don't like!

BoardSpot allows our executive team to agree upon and meet the administrative expectations of our Board and committees. the tool is easy to use and manage in real time.

As of yet, we have no concerns with BoardSpot.

Having everything (board bios, documents, meeting/event calendars and zoom links, etc.) available in one place takes much of the nuisance out of being a trustee

We hope that our use of BoardSpot allows us to provide lighter board meeting packages by putting more cyclical elements on the porta.

We like that it is fairly intuitive. It was easy to set up, and the price is reasonable for a smaller nonprofit organization such as ours.

I wish it would go right to the "Board of Directors" page when one logs in.

It's been great, and I have referend at least two other nonprofits to board spot.

It truly is the most cost-effective way for small nonprofits to manage operations!

For what we do, I have found no cons. Its a great resource.

As a relatively new Trustee to this institution, it is so efficient for whatever you may need for a current meeting as well as documents that have been created in the past that may be referred to by others.

I love that all docs, agendas, minutes and calendars are easily accessible. Also, that everyone's contact information is easily available. Having everything in one place that it easy to navigate makes pre meeting preparation a breeze. No more searching through tons of emails to acquire all of the docs needed.

The board members can access it, and I have octogenarians who are not tech savvy.

Not much to say here but it is a great solution

BoardSpot allows for immediate review of documents including Agency policies.

The only feature that might be missing and could be added is an automatic follow-up reminder for committee and board meetings.

I have not utilized the portal enough to determine if there are any cons...I have been pleased thus far.

We are able to post important documents before meetings, so that board members can review and be prepared to take up a business discussion. Our meetings are much more productive and efficient.
