The documents can be attached to selected points of a meeting or saved in the common library as wanted. The new functionnality allowing to indicate if the agenda is not yet confirmed or approuved is really useful. The fact that we can access to the plateform from a cumputer or a tablet is convenient. Cons: The field to notify the attendees is not really useful as the text is written in a line. The fact that there is no field to attach the meeting minutes to the meeting (or only by adding a point to the agenda).
