Within 2mins of starting a live chat to ask a question, I was in a video call with one of their reps talking about my needs and getting my questions answered. They've been committed and knowledgeable, honest and thorough. Everything you could ever hope for in a service. #### Cons The only slight downside for me personally is that a lot of the agents I interacted with were in a far time zone from me.
