Cons: An additional OCR mode is something that would be welcome as the ability to enter text in a precise way. A thin client interface can always be improved, and other tasks could also be automated using panels and task editors. There isn't much to criticize concerning AA right now, the new UI in Automation anywhere's cloud version looks big though - like a word processing software. The debugger has too few options and it would have been better if it made the code more readable. Because of how large the text editor is, when used on bigger monitors, it was difficult to browse through longer pieces of code.
