Instead of having a new action for essentially the same thing, only using a different variable type (for example, assigning a string vs. assigning a number), I'd like to have several activities consolidated into one and then wrapped in config settings. Its system of automated procedures is first-rate. I like the high-tech automated processes it provides. It offers a variety of resources that may be used to build Bots quickly and effectively. Because of Automation Anywhere, it is now straightforward to handle [a large] work. I now have to do this on a daily basis, and I've delegated some of the jobs to Automation Anywhere's IQ Bot, so at least I'm not doing it all by myself. Just a single copy of the information is kept. Both my accounting and sales teams have benefited from it. Automation Anywhere couldn't be easier for the average user when it comes to setting up. The bots have helped out multiple departments streamline their day-to-day operations. We have reduced the time taken to perform mundane tasks and we can perform these tasks at any time of the day, which was not possible before. The best part is that we can schedule the bots to run at any time of the day and they can run multiple times a day, making them a very useful tool. Automation Anywhere is the best software I've used recently to help me automate my workflow, saving me thousands of hours, I've used it for automating many processes like customer support, lead generation, CRM, HR processes, and more, and I've been able to remove 60% of my workload from my plate, I recommend it to anyone who is looking for an easy and affordable way to help their business grow. #### Cons An additional OCR mode is something that would be welcome as the ability to enter text in a precise way. A thin client interface can always be improved, and other tasks could also be automated using panels and task editors. There isn't much to criticize concerning AA right now, the new UI in Automation anywhere's cloud version looks big though - like a word processing software. The debugger has too few options and it would have been better if it made the code more readable. Because of how large the text editor is, when used on bigger monitors, it was difficult to browse through longer pieces of code. Its been a long journey and they are on the top of the RPA market. The recent release of A2019 version make automation possible for almost everything in industry. Google Sheet, AWS , NLP integration is making it a big player. Excel Advance Commands which are added with a unique web Based interface make it user friendly. Automation Anywhere is a the only tool in the market where a novice person can learn and start automation without any prior knowledge of programming. I like the mass migration that the tool is having today, kicking from User Interface to extreme security concerns. Its true that with the Community version you can access to the Control Room and see what is happening here, with the example processes that AA Community version gives to us. I have used Automation Anywhere to automate several processes - and it succeded in all cases. The software is easy to use and understand. Furthermore, I have held severeal AA training sessions, and in every session the participants have been overwhelmed by how easy it is to use and navigate in. Also, there is a big knowledge portal. You quickly get a feeling about how to use the commands, and what opportunities you have in the software.
