Helpful process automation tool for remote work environment

We are using it to automate our recurring processes, create and assign tasks. In remote setups this tool have been a life saver and prevented so much of unnecessary communication for trivial things.

Pros

Breakout is a easy to use, no-code process automation tool, which allows it be used by everyone across different teams with little to no support. Assign feature helps us assign tasks to individuals, collaborate on processes and track the progress.

Cons

I haven't come across anything worth mentioning as yet.

Reasons for Choosing Breakout

Main reason being its cost-efficient offerings, easy to use interface and quality material to learn the workings of the tool.

Reasons for Switching to Breakout

In Kissflow it requires a considerable amount of time to learn , build workflows and go live

Easy to use process automation tool

Overall experience is Positive.

Pros

We have many international clients and sometimes it is difficult to manage requests from different time zones. Breakout has simple and easy-to-use automation features that have come to our rescue. I really love the fact that we can integrate with google sheets. We never had to move our data.

Cons

Haven't come across anything worth mentioning.

Workflow automation made easy

Overall Breakout has been really useful in automating our recurring tasks across the team.

Pros

Breakout is an easy to use tool that requires no-coding knowledge and users do not need IT support at any point of time.

Cons

They do not have android and iOS version yet.

Pretty useful software for process improvement

The overall experience has been pretty good and we did see some significant improvement after we started using Breakout

Pros

We are using it to manage customer support for diagnostic & consultation. Breakout allows us to customize the workflow due to which we are able to handle a lot of edge cases that arise in customer support which was otherwise difficult with a simple crm. Also, it helped us streamline our internal processes such as vendor payouts & team collaboration.

Cons

They could have more options for third party app integration like custom integration for paypal

Good software for process improvement.

Pros

We have managed to save a considerable amount of time on a daily basis by automating multi-level decision making processes and assigning tasks to the people responsible. Features such as forms have enabled us to move many of our documentation processes to a paper-less way.

Cons

Would like to see datasets as part of the platform soon.
