About CheckFlow

CheckFlow is a standard operating procedure (SOP) and checklist software for teams of all sizes. The platform enables users to create process templates containing content (text, images, videos etc) and input controls (short text, date picker, sub-tasks, select lists, data tables etc). Advanced features such as conditional logic, parameters, nested checklists, halt tasks and dynamic due dates can also be used to streamline the process workflow. Processes can be tracked in real-time using the dashboard. All updates are instantly synced across all devices. Users can comment on tasks, mention other users and assign tasks. Great tool for supporting processes

A big compliment to [sensitive content hidden] and his developers. We gave them some feedback on particular features and most of them they implemented very fast. It's a real pleasrure to work with them.

PROS

The software is in perfect balance between an BPM suite and a digitized checklist. We use it for different supporting processes and it solves a lot of our problems in that area. It's very inuitive and easy to use for the people who are designing the process and also for the people who are working with it. There is a great API that gives you the ability to integrate it in your existing software landscape.

CONS

The most requested feature on our side is a multi-lingual support. Because our employees are not very familiar with English, that is a little problem, but no showstopper at all for us.

Reason for choosing CheckFlow

Because of a clear roadmap, contact person and pp-ratio.

The best piece of software we use in our department

This is a great tool. It has changed the way our team works. We work more efficiently and our work is more consistent since using CheckFlow.

PROS

I like the dashboard. It gives me a good overview of our processes. It updates automatically and I can expand the tasks to view more information or complete tasks without opening up the checklist.

CONS

I would like a way to create tasks that are not part of a process. Like a to-do list.

Reason for choosing CheckFlow

We felt that CheckFlow provided a better way to monitor our processes. The grid layout was more preferable. We also sometimes share checklists with third parties and CheckFlow allows you to set passwords and add branding to shared checklists.

The tool I like so much

I like it.

PROS

Easy and intuitive creation of parameterized, rule-based workflows. It can be used across the company to automate any process. I also like the professional and quick support provided by [sensitive content hidden](is it real name? =)

CONS

No passing parameters to another processes. It's hard to organize linked and automated flow of processes.As a result, I miss any visual way to see the process flow.

If you know how to run things in your company, Checkflow can help you with continuos execution

I was good with writing procedures for my employees, they made people work better, but the problem was keeping the execution continuous. Without automation and easy tracking of what was done and what still needs to be done, employees seemed a little lost.

PROS

It's easy to use. I was able to understand the concept in few minutes and then try most of the options in matter of few hours. Next day I started to implement first process templates. The optimal balance between functionality and appearance. Simple graphics, somewhat similar to Wikipedia, allow the program to work quickly.It has a great desktop for employees who will only be doing tasks and not scheduling. (called Guests)

CONS

I would like to have ability to look at all the tasks in a form of a calendar to see when the workload is at its peak

Reason for choosing CheckFlow

Few times cheaper than Process Street. Tallyfy has too many graphic novelties and is more focused on single tasks, not full projects.
