I love that it has all of the things I love about Trello and Asana, but with even more capabilities and functionalities.

After the updates UI has also been improved to a good extent. And the best part it provides extensions to browser as well.

Replying via email sometimes not working so i need to use discord for communication.

The only issue we have really found thus far is that some of the screens, mainly while using the Drag and Drop, can lag for a second or two.

It usually does NOT work. Other than the horrible, unreliable import functionality, there are a number of bugs.

Clickup is simple but powerful and I think that's its strength. It is perfect for managing projects, single tasks, assigning them to collaborators, monitoring their status and for time tracking.

This is a great task app. For me, one of most important feature is the ability to collaborate with others in your team.

Metatask has been a win for the 20% of the operational/process-related work our cross-functional team addresses.

I also like the ability to add different kinds of forms to each step in the process. As a plus, it supports Zapier integration too.

After reviewing over 20 tools, if found that most of them had user experience problems, they were just too hard to figure out and would require to train our users.

It's obvious that this product is still being developed, so don't expect a lot of whistles and bells and be aware that some features are currently missing. But a lot of them are on the 2017 roadmap.

Metatask is great, easy to use, it helps a lot with internal processes and can be 100% customized.

I hope that they are successful with Metatask and when they decide to charge for it, I hope that it will be reasonably priced.

When I run into obstacles or have a question, customer service has been awesome in getting answers. They even made me a video to visually explain an answer.

Zapier integration is incredible to make action on other software, but it is limited the option with Metatask.

The ability to group steps, implement approvals, configure conditional steps, set up user roles is all very useful and straightforward to implement.

Terminology and how its used is a bit of a learning curve. No app for mobile device.

This may not be an exact fit for your needs, but it is easily worth the time to go through a trial and figure that out. For us it was near perfect.
