I like the charting features of this tool. It gets difficult at times for a Business Analyst to manage the different flow diagrams and charts for the tech team or developers but I find it really easy and comfortable to using this tool. The content created by this tool is so easy to present to various teams and users during conference and meeting across Developers and Business users.

I wish there was some more integration of this tool with some word processing or cloud storage appliations.

Overall we have a good experience so far with the tool and wold like to work with it in longer run because of it's wonderful abilities. We only wish if the rate can be reduced, it would be much helpful for small organisations like us.

It helps us to access our teams workflow, with the help of this it became easier for us to track everything happing in the organisation using the workflow management tool. It provides me the ability to make collaboration among the team members and make the work easier fir them and it even proves successful most of the time. I have only tried Comindware & Workato so far as plausible options to meet our BPM needs, but Comindware has my favor at this point just based on how they seem to structure their pricing only on what companies truly need without constantly trying to upsell during the trial versions, pushing features and functions down my throat that I have made clear we don't and won't need in the near/semi-distant future, and making their trial so lackluster in hopes of getting you to buy the full version without realizing it actually deters potential customers because who wants to pay for and commit to anything they're not fully sure will work for their needs based on just a trial.
