  • Pros

  • We have a wonderful relationship with our Onspring team and have successfully deployed over 10+ business processes within Onspring.
  • All go-lives have been successful and we continue to mature and grow these processes to add in more automation and benefits to the teams utilizing Onspring.
  • The education and support from the OnSpring team is outstanding. They are truly partnered in understanding your problem and helping you build a solution to meet it.
  • Cons

  • The interface for reports development can be a bit challenging at times. If you have a lot of fields in your apps, searching for them when building/filtering a report can be a struggle.
  • Making changes involves no programming, no need for technical experience, and no need to ask Onspring to do it for you. There are no startup fees to worry about.
  • There are no long term contracts to worry about.

  • The pricing for the software and the ability to customize to our liking was big benefit and a main reason we went with AuditBoard.
  • I love the software as it's super user-friendly and easy to navigate. They have great customer solution team and always available to help if any issues/questions.
  • Good tool, easy to use, opportunities to enhance data integration and reporting and improve data access governance/administration.
  • Cons

  • The only complaint is why did it take this long for someone to built this.
  • File management and file preview size. Hate that the preview does not auto scale to right size of the file.
  • There are no features that are bad, or I can think of for improvement.
