I have been a user of the product from the early days. OnTask has come a long way and today, it provides a vital role for Techcelerate. Cons: OnTask is evolving. As it evolves, it is becoming feature-rich. I was impatient in the early days when it lacked some of the functionality I was after. I am glad to confirm, they listened to early users and have made the product really easy to use and added the features we were after. It's more economical than our last program, better for smaller businesses. Ratings Breakdown 3 Ease of use 5 Value for money 4 Customer support 4 Functionality Pros: Everyone is very nice and polite and willing to help when you reach out for assistance. Once you learn the program it's very useful. Cons: It does take a little bit for them to get back to you, so if you need something right away, you'll have to try to figure it out. Also, the program is a little above entry level. I found that if you didn't already have experience in a similar program, this will be difficult to use. Several complaints that it can't be accessed by mobile devices. Reasons for switching to Docubee We made the switch because of the financial cost. It was way too expensive. It’s been very slow trying to get integrated. When they started it was great, but then nothing happened. It looks like it will be great, but at this point, we have nothing but a paid in full bill.
