Efficient for database usage
The product allows to securely store large amount of confidential data and generate customized reports. Platform has efficient support, excellent customer service and productive onboard training.
CONSIt could be slightly more user-friendly.

Optimiser review
Optimiser is a very easy and clear system that does exactly what we need it to do. It is easy to explain to new participants and it is easy to learn. Reports are clear and straightforward.
CONSThe disadvantage of Optimiser is that it is not linked to Outlook and that no automatic reports can be sent, as far as I know.

Excellent system and support/implementation
It covers all the features we need as a membership organisation, including the need to integrate with Touchpoint CMS. It's easy to use and the technical and implementation support has been outstanding.
CONSA couple of UI things aren't as immediately intuitive compared to what I was expecting, but once figured out it's great.

CRM made easy and affordable!
I did a lot of research on tools in the marketplace and this one by far does so much more for you at a price point that is affordable. The support team are amazing and very responsive. I would highly recommend the tool.
PROSThere are lots including the Outlook integration, flexible reporting, email campaigns, task and project management abilities. It is very robust!
CONSImporting data is a challenge at this time but we understand that is changing. The company is very responsive.
