Complete business solution under one umbrella
We were facing issues pertaining to communications, and were using different tools for marketing and sales. It brought us everything at one place where we can manage data, check prospects, send marketing communications, and check the status of all the communications.
It not just offers CRM, it also provide marketing and sale toolkit with task management and several other features. It leaves no stone unturned when it comes to business solution. Besides, their customer experience team is fantastic and ready to help you any time of the day. The best part is it is fully customisable and easy to use.
So far, I have not found any. However, during the initial period you do require training from their experts to understand how this software suite works.
