  • Pros

  • Program is great, support is always at your fingertips with great response. Upon acquiring the software, there was a great team that helped implement it and give our staff the training needed.
  • I have always had a great experience with Paperwise, their support team is awesome (which I have only had to use on a few occasions).
  • I like the ability to index documents from any piece of software needed. The ability to delete a document before being indexed into the system.
  • Cons

  • Lack of new features, lack of development, some core markup software was very old.
  • Sometimes the software will throw errors and will require some troubleshooting. Most of these errors are easily resolved by repairing/reinstalling the software which only takes about 5 minutes or so.
  • Emails sometimes do not go thru (between uploads/intelligent capture/query). Connection with Quick books services problems.

  • Prezi produces beautiful presentations that really capture the eyes of the audience. The templates have a kind of complexity that really gives off that wow factor.
  • Prezi creates interesting and exciting slides that capture the attention of the audience and helps get the point across better. It was an amazing investment to help stand out from the competition.
  • I have only used the free version but felt so creative when I shared my first presentation. The templates are so fun and completely out of the box.
  • Cons

  • There is not much that I can say that I dislike about this software. Just can be a little confusing at times.
  • When working online, the problem with prezi would be if there is a cut in the Internet connection, so it will not be possible to continue with the work.
  • Presentations became a bit heavy and difficult to navigate between slides. Also missed some keyboard shortcuts.
