"Back To Basics" Meets Next-Level Intuitive Task Management

Overall, TeamworkIQ has become integral to the management of our business processes.

Pros

TeamworkIQ has done an amazing job on combining powerful functionality with usability and a simple interface. It's the best tool I have found to help manage repeating processes, which absolutely every business needs to manage well.

Cons

Honestly, I can't remember the few cons that I ran across because I brought them to the attention of the development team and they quickly made whatever change was needed to remedy the shortcoming. I suppose the only thing that could be improved would be if they were to offer a lifetime purchase option. I always prefer that over ongoing monthly costs. At the same time, I understand that it is preferable for them to have the ongoing monthly costs. In the end, I also recognize that it is necessary for the continuing improvement and maintenance of the platform. I want TeamworkIQ to continue being available for a very long time, so I really can't fault them for that.

Reasons for Switching to TeamworkIQ

We tried to leverage Asana for a couple of years, but we had a hard time with getting the end-user adoption / buy-in that we were hoping for. After switching to TeamworkIQ, the end-user friction that we experienced before was pretty much eliminated.

Amazing tool for our company!

Fantastic! 5 Stars!!!

Pros

Customer service is 2nd to none! We didn't know what we were missing until we started using teamworkiq. The simple process flows with each task being assigned to a team member is extremely intuitive. There's so much we can do with this tool.

Cons

It requires a lot of zaps (from zapier) to integrate and set up automations. I'm not very adept in zapier, so i've recruited assistance for that specific area.

Reasons for Choosing TeamworkIQ

We chose TWIQ b/c it requires very little set up initially and it's inexpensive. Quickbase was going to be a time consuming and expensive process to launch. We also saw quickly that twiq was going to teach us a lot to make our work flows more efficient.

Reasons for Switching to TeamworkIQ

Pipedrive's customer service isn't bad but it's not great either. We have bugs in the system that have been being worked on for months now. It's also not designed for what we were using it for, which is our internal work process flow.

Response from TeamworkIQ

Replied October 2020

Thanks Tyler. We appreciate your comments. We are glad you've been able to put the TeamworkIQ App for Zapier to so much use and are quickly getting more adept with it.

Clear, Simple and Scalable

The experience has been smooth. Someone is always available to talk, which helps a lot. The logistics in signing up, using and training others on my team was easy.

Pros

It's very easy to use. It combines process with SOP's, which makes training and ability to scale very easy.

Cons

They're working on improving this now, but as of right now, only users have visibility into processes without writing code to grab the data for them. Again, this will be resolved soon.

Reasons for Choosing TeamworkIQ

It combines standard process with SOP's. ClickUp and Wrike can do it, but it's difficult and not intuitive for others.

Response from TeamworkIQ

Replied March 2020

Thanks Geoffrey. Making sure that only users have visibility into running Processes is part of how we make sure the processes and the data in them are also secure. That's also true for the Process Dashboards we currently have. However, we understand your desire to have some Process Dashboards and live Process visibility available to people who are not "paid users" ... but still have secure access to view things and keep tabs on progress. We envision such users as "registered guests". Such guests would still have a secure sign-in, but would perhaps have limited access to view dashboards and processes, but without all the features (and monthly cost) of the active process participants and managers who need a more robust set of capabilities to do their work. Seems that could be a good fit for your needs in the future. Thanks for the feedback. :)

The best software for workflow management!

I was able to use Teamwork IQ to systematize a property management company I was helping! Any time I had a question I was able to get answers from TeamworkIQ very quickly! My experience with TeamworkIQ has been exemplary and I recommend them to everyone I talk to about setting up their business systems for the purpose of scaling their businesses for growth.

Pros

I have researched and done free trials on almost 40 different task management software, but none of them did what TeamworkIQ has been able to do!!! This software is easy to learn and set up. TeamworkIQ offers task management but even more than that is workflow management! With most tasks being often repeated in any given day, it is essential to have a software where I could set up the developed system one time. Once employees are trained on how to use TeamworkIQ, it's simple and easy to follow. TeamworkIQ makes management of the employees easy, with a dashboard tab for all workflows, so you can at a glance see what task each employee is currently working on.

Cons

Any con I have had (sorting features, errors, etc), has been directly answered or solved by TeamworkIQ.

Reasons for Choosing TeamworkIQ

Price, user-friendly, deployability, support staff, functionality.

Thanks Kelly. Our mission is to provide the simplest, easiest solution for Business Process Management and Workflow automation to businesses and business teams. We're glad that after you looked at over 40 other ways to manage tasks, our focus on repeatable processes, standard operating procedures, and workflow was a great fit for you and the property management company. Thanks for sharing your experience with TeamworkIQ!

Must Try...

We have a great experience, we have reported about twice a small problem that we were having and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] resolved them very quickly.

Pros

Template and Processes are really helpful to start any new process.

Cons

Well, we are really satisfied with TeamworkIQ so there are no cons...

Reasons for Choosing TeamworkIQ

Teamwork doesn't have the processes as TeamworkIQ has. Especially create a form for any template and then start the process for any work.

Thank you Rizwan. We greatly appreciate your comments. :)

It's A Solid Process Manager

Pros

TeamworkIQ is very easy to use. I was able to easily create my first process within a few minutes. The UI for process creation functions very similar to a word processor so creating tasks is as easy as tapping enter or tab. TeamworkIQ's integration with Zapier is fairly easy to configure and really helped me streamline my closing process by automatically receiving data from Salesforce.

Cons

There are two areas that TeamworkIQ could improve: notifications and a native mobile app. TeamworkIQ was designed to work well with mobile sites, and it does, but I think the ability to receive notifications via a native app would be beneficial. Notifications overall are a bit lacking. There's only two reports available for notifications: progress since prior report and assignment due dates. Neither report includes a description of the task, just the quantity (unless something has changed).

Reasons for Choosing TeamworkIQ

Great support.

Response from TeamworkIQ

Replied March 2020

Thanks Everett. We're glad you're seeing lots of benefits from TeamworkIQ. Thank you for your feedback on notifications and your desire for them via a native app too. TeamworkIQ has two types of email notifications: Reports and Workflow Notifications, which include task level details. Our strategy is to keep the content of these minimal. The Reports notifications answer the question "does anything need my attention?" with further details just one click away. Workflow notifications only get sent when work transitions from one person to another or when a task becomes due. That way there's less email noise in your inbox. Our integration with Zapier can trigger notification actions too so that you can notify people via Slack, Teams, SMS/Text, etc... That way notification could appear on a native app (until we release one later on). Let us know if we can help with notifications via Zapier.

Huge help in our automation

Pros

This software has enabled us to better systematize each aspect of our business. I love that it prioritizes our tasks in order of importance and each task can be assigned to the appropriate user, etc.

Cons

The forms we attached within TWIQ take longer than I'd like to pull up but I'm being told that is being fixed very soon.

Response from TeamworkIQ

Thanks Dylan. We're glad you've found that TeamworkIQ provides lots of value and efficiency for you, your teams and your business.

Good CRM

Pros

Automations are the most helpful for me, since they save a lot of time.

Cons

I would like to be able to add notes within the process even after the task has been complete.

Response from TeamworkIQ

Replied October 2020

Thanks Anna. A great use of TeamworkIQ is as a process-oriented CRM. Often customers use TeamworkIQ with a CRM and use Zapier to start TeamworkIQ workflow processes automatically form their CRM.
