VTEnext workign with possibilities and making them happen

Pros

I really liked the level of customisation available in VTEnext. it is mostly easy to do and a non-developer like me manages well. We were able to integrate into the backend of our other survey systems. It was fairly easy to do. We were also able to design pdf report easily from our records wich helps save a lot of time

Cons

I did not like that the pricing was not open and easily available. I had to email the company to ask for it and I would have licked clear pricing upfront without the need for all the additional comunication. The price of this software should not be an obstacle to using it. There are a few buttons that could be translated better but it is not a serious issue more an irratation.

Vtenext è risultato fin dall'inizio uno strumento di facile gestione e comprensione da parte di tutta la nostra organizzazione. Inoltre, ci ha permesso di integrare il nostro gestionale SAP B1. Abbiamo integrato allo stesso tempo il nostro centralino permettendo di avere un controllo constante delle chiamate e delle problematiche che potessero sorgere all'interno di un sinistro e quindi intervenire sia per ridurre ulteriormente i tempi di organizzazione che di eventuali reclami

Cons

Se devo trovare un difetto è la gestione grafica delle newsletter che però sono state implementate con la versione successiva
