Pros
- The Ekos team did a fantastic job setting us up and provide great support. I really enjoy the customization options in the reports.
- The Ekos is a really good tool and whenever I had a question, the help desk team was always very prompt and professional to deal with, really recommend it.
- Ekos is a constantly evolving, growing, and improving software that only gets better. I can't recommend them enough.
Cons
- The error codes are frustrating at times when I am trying to log in. I am not sure if that is my internet browser or my actual internet connection that could be the problem.
- Horrible customer service.2. Winery management portion of Ekos was majorly lacking and difficult to use.
- The reports are a little difficult to customize and there are so many already in the system that it is hard to find what information you need.
Pros
- Very powerful software, very reliable, very good documentation, good training courses available, and an extensive user group (very helpful to get involved with).
- The aspect I appreciate most about SAP B1 is it's comprehensive functionality designed for small to medium-sized businesses, ensure scalability, seamless integration, and user friendly operations.
- Because it seamlessly connects with other SAP systems, it is perhaps the greatest robust, dependable, compliance solution for corporate and large companies.
Cons
- Can be cumbersome in some of the functionality and correcting mistakes or issues. Multi-step functionality is at times inefficient.
- It was very difficult to learn took a lot of mistakes in my part to eventually know what not to do.
- Clunky aesthetics and lack of intuition-driven functionality.
