We were set up to utilize their technology, and were very very disappointed. It took forever to get the system up and running, the system runs very slow over wifi, and we were told that "the system should really be run from a hardline connection." Upon bringing all of our concerns to the table there were no solutions provided, and ultimately cancelled the service. We had to wait over a week for the "Executives" to make a decision on a refund. After receiving a response that we would get a refund, it was sub-par. And to this day we are still getting charged and have not received a penny back. Run far from this service, they are antiquated and the customer service is slow.
