It took forever to get the system up and running, the system runs very slow over wifi, and we were told that "the system should really be run from a hardline connection." Upon bringing all of our concerns to the table there were no solutions provided, and ultimately cancelled the service. We had to wait over a week for the "Executives" to make a decision on a refund. After receiving a response that we would get a refund, it was sub-par. And to this day we are still getting charged and have not received a penny back. Run far from this service, they are antiquated and the customer service is slow. Very Very Disappointed.
