Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great Product, very easy to use and very quick to learn. Can do multiple things through this software.

  • This software is awesome simple to use and beyond easy to teach others to use. Our company loves it so much

  • Cons

  • Sometimes a bit too complex. New UI/UX sometimes break what was working great

  • Maybe the apps could be a bit better designed and also have some integrations like "What is the status of this" as Basecamp has, but for the rest, it is awesome.

  • Pros

  • It does everything you need in a simple way and is quick and easy to track and test bugs in one place. Love the chat on each bug facility and mobile app.

  • Very good It is a good software useful and version clean interface

  • Cons

  • The only thing I've always felt zoho bug tracker lacked was a mobile app. Now there's a mobile app that works very well, there's absolute nothing to complain about.

  • Occasionally we run into an issue with a complex project where we'll need more custom fields to be able to add to it and have to be a little creative.
