Zoho Bug Tracker

Very Good.

Pros

I really like the user interface which is very friendly for users from all background. The software is easy to use and has lots of functionalities. Moreover it is easiest for a small company like mine with only 5-6 users to use the basic features for free. We don't have either the budget or the knowledge to use the more complex bug tracking softwares and this works perfectly for us.

Cons

I wish we could customize it a bit more. I also wish there were more ways in which we could classify bugs with larger range of severity. But honestly saying I am very satisfied with Zoho Bugs and these are only minor points.

Love this bug tracking software

Love the product and for the money, great investment.

Pros

It was so easy to use and setup new user to account.

Cons

Free software database space is small. Hit it after logging less than 50 bugs.

We are troubleshooting problems that occur in a big new site that we are designing.

Pros

It is very easy to use by different teams to track the project. It is very easy to track accountability (who/what on a timely basis).It helps organize the severity of the bugs thus helping the timely and efficient debug process.

Cons

Free version doesn't allow more than 3 email addresses.

Another great app from Zoho!

Pros

Ease of Use is the main reason why I would go with this application. I just started using it with my team a few days ago. The team quickly adapted. No unnecessary mess. It's also great at being able to track the process through the iOS app.

Cons

To be honest I am really liking the software for now as it is solving my purpose. Definitely there are always rooms of improvement in any software you build.

Easy and Efficient

Pros

Ease of use and navigation. Its quite comprehensive with its features and still doesn't overwhelm the users.

Cons

Should not have so many tips and can reduce the number of colours it uses. Slightly distracting.
