Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It does everything you need in a simple way and is quick and easy to track and test bugs in one place. Love the chat on each bug facility and mobile app.

  • It's quite easy to learn. Low administration load.

  • Cons

  • The only thing I've always felt zoho bug tracker lacked was a mobile app. Now there's a mobile app that works very well, there's absolute nothing to complain about.

  • Occasionally we run into an issue with a complex project where we'll need more custom fields to be able to add to it and have to be a little creative.

  • Pros

  • Very powerful tool, and very robust program. The amount of detail it can track is amazing! Quick to access the info that you want.

  • good program. easy to use and great use to solve problems and make amazing sales.

  • Cons

  • While having everything in the cloud is awesome, having internet issues at work or network throttling can make developing frustrating at times.

  • The only con is that it takes time to set-up correctly but will allow you to scale and grow.
