It enables software engineers to automate defect checks and identify root causes. The app works by attaching a downloaded agent to the user’s application upon registration. We suffered from this defect for more than a year. We quickly rolled out a fix and user complaints have immediately stopped. And another important thing is that it continuously finds production defects. Very happy with the product.
