Just love Audio / video recording feature. 5 I used to use other bug management tool had no issues with them. Only thing missing was video recording which is fulfilled by w3dar. Video recording is time saving as its easy to explain complex bugs. Over all team is more productive now by saving time. We have been using W3dart for quite a time and it has help to report the bugs internally eliminating all the guess work. We use Jira so adding W3Dart to it was very easy for us.
