W3Dart is a visual bug reporting and feedback management tool for web designers, web developers, SaaS businesses and startups. It works similar to a sticky note on websites, which will only be visible to logged-in users.

With W3Dart, users will get the ability to report feedback using both audio and video along with screenshots and annotations. Product owners can log in and report issues without leaving websites. W3Dart captures screenshots and videos along with browser metadata and creates a unique URL for every reported bug.

Great bug recording tool. Just love Audio / video recording feature.

I used to use other bug management tool had no issues with them. Only thing missing was video recording which is fulfilled by w3dar. Video recording is time saving as its easy to explain complex bugs. Over all team is more productive now by saving time.

Pros

Simple and easy to use UI. Leave feedback on website with ease.

Cons

No Mobile app. They have promised it by end of year.

Best Bug tracking tool for internal teams.

Pros

W3Dart has Jira Integration so everything at one place. We have been using W3dart for quite a time and it has help to report the bugs internally eliminating all the guess work. We use Jira so adding W3Dart to it was very easy for us. Two way sync of bugs and feedback is helping a quite to us.

Cons

It covers everything I need, but only thing is that they cannot integrate it with MS Teams.

Great Visual bug reporting tools for Web Design Company.

I have been using W3Dart since their beta release, We are web design and development company so after project is submitted for review to client. We can feedback and bugs in email with screenshots few of the listed in project management system. W3dart help us to recreate the complex bug using video feature. They are working on developing new features’ and release them every month. They have promised mobile app for the same.

Pros

It makes bug reporting easy with Video Recording feature. I have used other bug reporting tools bug all lacks video and audio recording features. Its allow annotations on the video. It has Browser extension which makes easy to use.

Cons

It lacks few integrations which we are already using. However development team has promised to provide that.

Feedback done right. No more guess work.

It saves lot of time by eliminating guess work and zoom meeting with client to understand the bugs.  Client takes screenshot annotate and submit it. For few bugs they record video.  Give us mobile app for responsive bugs and we are happy. 

Pros

I love feature of getting browser info of the bugs. My team dont have to ask which browser and version or what os my client used to report the bug. Simply awesome. Saves time.

Cons

 1) Responsive bug is bit tricky, wish you have mobile apps for that.

Good software

Pros

Its very easy to communicate feedback to the webdeveloper

Cons

Sometimes the application didnt work, but I stopped using it and use the dashboard which is great
