"What I like most about AlertMedia is the ease of sending alerts through both the desktop and phone app. When seconds count, you don't have time to fool around with an awkward app."

"From \[sensitive content hidden\]'s Intel and Threat reports, the weather threats, the podcasts run by \[sensitive content hidden\], the quick responsiveness and the tailoring capacity are fantastic. "

"Being able to communicate with our employees on multiple channels (text, email, voicemail, teams, app) is a major plus."

"This isn't a ding against AlertMedia as much as it is the NWS, but there are far too many "severe" weather alerts that have no impact on most businesses (i.e. heavy rainfall, gale warnings, etc)."

"The price is a steeper than we originally hoped for."

"There's seemingly no error message for users that do not receive a notification; i.e. if a notification is sent to a group and one user never receives it, there's nothing to indicate that on either the user side or the sender side."
