Finally, when I did, I called on a Friday only to find that their dept. was closed for the day. I was sooooo frustrated.

My only tiny complaint is I wish it would only email you when the backup failed. But the email shows mailboxes failed in red text so it's easy to just glance at it and delete.

Fantastic cloud based backup. It has saved important files a few times.

Those are separate subscriptions that you can add to your account. It might not be clear to users at first is my only problem.
