For the time I had an account I never used it because it was frustrating and difficult to figure out HOW to... after I quit, the customer support was good at reaching out to me to ask why.

Sometimes the messages that you get about backups can be misleading. It will say that you have a certain amount set for backup, and sometimes it will be a number that seems really low.

Full-Featured Backup Solution With Good AD Integration.

Overall, the potential for the program, and the idea seems great. But unless you have a huge bandwidth or pay for extra it's difficult to use for a some business owner like myself.

Easy to use back-up plan, but upload speeds could be better.

Ability to set backup frequency and retention policies. Customer service is outstanding.

I liked what I saw, did some research, and decided to jump. It was money worth spent especially for the peace of mind it brought for protecting my files, pictures, and music.

Overall I think it's a great price and great product. Once setup, runs quietly and consistently in the background.

This is one of those software that you are glad you had, especally when you lose your data.

The CrashPlan administrative portal is fairly easy to use, and it has many great features.

I get a simple email telling me if the backup was successful or not. I recently had to use their customer support and their instructions were PERFECT.

Which it did for me when my iMac died and the restore I did from my Apple TimeMachine backup was incomplete. I had lost a bunch of files.

There is no easy way to cancel. I had to keep disputing charges with my bank until they cut off my account.

Data de-duplication seems to backup lots of files efficiently even if you re-organize your folder structures. Upload and download speeds are generally good.

Great once user's commit to configuring their backup.

The ease of use for deployment of the application to a laptop and or desktop is seamless. The dashboard is very easy to use and has useful information right on the main page.

Every time I have looked into this with support, it has turned out that the correct amount WAS set for backup, but I believe the email went out mid backup, and therefore gave a misleading message.

I used Crashplan for several years and found it to be an excellent reliable product.

Simple user interface for backups. Very cost effective solutions for backups.

Enterprise class features like (Active) Directory integration and storing encryption keys on-site while using cloud backup.

For the price it's one of the best offsite backup services. Speed seemed fine as long as you have a good connection.

Worse still, if you move or delete a large number of files in a short time the app treats your computer as a new device and starts charging you for two devices resulting in being charged double.

Strong encryption, compression and an easy to use interface make using the client a pleasure. Documentation is very detailed and easy to read and follow along.

We have been using CrashPlan for almost 3 years now and it continues to impress as an endpoint backup solution. The true beauty of it lies in its stealth, simplicity and reliability.

Overall though, I love CrashPlan, and recommend it to many people.

It is a good back up system overall and has a free version. It can back up an entire network from a windows server.

Macrium Reflect has proven to be an extremely cost effective means for creating and managing computer system images.

My overall experience has been very positive, as the backup tool is easy to use and intuitive, and provides peace of mind.

It wasn't the least nor the most expensive, but cost was not a major factor for my decision making. Ease of use and reliability were the most imporant for me and it checks those boxes.

Tech support is also very responsive and helpful (for the few times we've needed support). It is, truly, one of the most important and valuable tools in our tool bag.

Macrium Reflect is a drive management tool, allowing you to format, clone, restore, and partition drives. Reflect provides a clean interface for drive management.

The ability to mount images and browse as native drives is very useful.

I liked the ease of use to fully image my system in case of  a failure. It does have password protection which is good if you are storing and image of your disk elsewhere for backup.

Good GUI and easy to setup. Reliable backup and restore of data and/or images of partitions/whole system.

Selecting drives/partitions or folders is straight-forward and exclusions are easily defined. It's easy to mount an image and selectively restore files.

Software and registration is done in minutes, ideal for a quick backup / restore job and for backup plans with incremental backups.

Having reliable image-level backups is crucial to our business. When a machine goes down or is replaced, this makes it super easy to re-image onto new hardware.

SI have used this for years and love it. Has saved me numerous times from having to rebuild.

We appreciate the email and log notifications it provides and the very clear and straightforward setup and configuration.

Fortunately, I had run a full backup the night before and with a bit of help from a friendly techie, it was reasonably straight forward restore - and as if by magic everything worked again.

You do need a certain level of knowledge to use this tool, otherwise, you can break your drives and bad things will happen.

You would need to pay to get that. It's a bit complicated to do file backup or file syncing.

The amount of use I have gotten out of this software is astounding. First of all, the free version works wonders.

I guess this is more of an image restore than anything else. I did find it a bit difficult to set up.

This software is terribly expensive especially when compared to any other imaging solution that is available today.

Allows you to back and clone drives with one click. Highly responsive support team.

That was a huge win because otherwise, we would need to have wiped the machine and done a clean Windows restore and then load all my software.

The most I like is that the software lets you to create a recovery CD / USB stick which helps you to recover a image from your network share in no-time.

When you consider the price, Macrium shines even more. So affordable and feature rich compared to other options.

It’s desperately hard to criticise when it does such a solid job. Perhaps the software is a bit pushy with gettin first you to register - prompts you a bit too much.

The experience has been great. It's saved my proverbial butt a couple times already.

Very detailed log files, sometimes it may be hard to find the root cause.

Excellent compression and deduplication capabilities.

For me personally the free version of the software suits my needs. I only use it for cloning of HDD and SSD's.

Will not support mbr to gpt conversion. I guess you get the picture by now.
