Macrium Reflect has proven to be an extremely cost effective means for creating and managing computer system images.

My overall experience has been very positive, as the backup tool is easy to use and intuitive, and provides peace of mind.

It wasn't the least nor the most expensive, but cost was not a major factor for my decision making. Ease of use and reliability were the most imporant for me and it checks those boxes.

Tech support is also very responsive and helpful (for the few times we've needed support). It is, truly, one of the most important and valuable tools in our tool bag.

Macrium Reflect is a drive management tool, allowing you to format, clone, restore, and partition drives. Reflect provides a clean interface for drive management.

The ability to mount images and browse as native drives is very useful.

I liked the ease of use to fully image my system in case of  a failure. It does have password protection which is good if you are storing and image of your disk elsewhere for backup.

Good GUI and easy to setup. Reliable backup and restore of data and/or images of partitions/whole system.

Selecting drives/partitions or folders is straight-forward and exclusions are easily defined. It's easy to mount an image and selectively restore files.

Software and registration is done in minutes, ideal for a quick backup / restore job and for backup plans with incremental backups.

Having reliable image-level backups is crucial to our business. When a machine goes down or is replaced, this makes it super easy to re-image onto new hardware.

SI have used this for years and love it. Has saved me numerous times from having to rebuild.

We appreciate the email and log notifications it provides and the very clear and straightforward setup and configuration.

Fortunately, I had run a full backup the night before and with a bit of help from a friendly techie, it was reasonably straight forward restore - and as if by magic everything worked again.

You do need a certain level of knowledge to use this tool, otherwise, you can break your drives and bad things will happen.

You would need to pay to get that. It's a bit complicated to do file backup or file syncing.

The amount of use I have gotten out of this software is astounding. First of all, the free version works wonders.

I guess this is more of an image restore than anything else. I did find it a bit difficult to set up.

This software is terribly expensive especially when compared to any other imaging solution that is available today.

Allows you to back and clone drives with one click. Highly responsive support team.

That was a huge win because otherwise, we would need to have wiped the machine and done a clean Windows restore and then load all my software.

The most I like is that the software lets you to create a recovery CD / USB stick which helps you to recover a image from your network share in no-time.

When you consider the price, Macrium shines even more. So affordable and feature rich compared to other options.

It’s desperately hard to criticise when it does such a solid job. Perhaps the software is a bit pushy with gettin first you to register - prompts you a bit too much.

The experience has been great. It's saved my proverbial butt a couple times already.

Very detailed log files, sometimes it may be hard to find the root cause.

Excellent compression and deduplication capabilities.

For me personally the free version of the software suits my needs. I only use it for cloning of HDD and SSD's.

Will not support mbr to gpt conversion. I guess you get the picture by now.

Also the price point in comparison to other companies which we looked at was competitive.

I love the option to text our students. It helps get information to staff and students quickly.

The admin panel is simple and makes it easy to make changes, add groups, and even get an API configured in a matter of minutes.

In terms of a mass notification service, I find this incredibly easy and worth it.

Some documentation is literally just a link to some other resource. All support, documentation, and tutorial materials are poorly branded or otherwise unprofessional.

Very poor editing functionalities especially in terms of spell-check, font size change, and copying pasting from Word document. The color of the text changes in the e-mail after posting.

The price point initially and ongoing is competitive.

Regroup then claimed they would work to correct that within the year. Unacceptable in this day and age of high Cyber Security threats.

Integrates with our Active Directory for automated account creation.

It's easy to make mistakes and need to send multiple messages which can be confusing to our community.

Inability to understand higher level technical questions (importing custom fields). The largest drawback is the inability to mail merge, which cripples the software for customization.

I would prefer it to default open to POSTS tab. Maybe this is something I could change, unsure.

Overall an excellent and fluid experience, requiring very little training and providing very great and comprehensive services.

There doesn't seem to be an issue using them as a texting aggregate. Best cost from others at the moment, both in text and user count.

So far so good; I have been shopping around for a while and decided to try it.

Are able to make sure our students are safe and secure with this. From weather alerts to active shooter.

We were glad to find advanced features which were included with the software, these allowed us to use a third party software via an API.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Again, the main function works well and the reporting is an excellent feature especially when tracking problems.

The interface is so easy to use that we were able to delegate some of the setup for this product to some of our tier 1 help desk analysts.

It helps us managing messages quickly and efficiently.

We have enjoyed the ability to set up groups to notify for various reasons. We have also enjoyed the capability of controlling the type of method(s) we will communicate with the persons in system.

I like the customization ability to send either email, text or both at the same time.

Speed/dependability has been an issue; messages don't always get through in a timely fashion. Have experienced recurring glitches (failures) in attempting to schedule messages in advance.

Can reach all of my Subordinate Supervisors in a matter of seconds.

It is user friendly- you can pre plan prepare messages - Good Support services, one annual fee, no additional fee per message.

This is a great service and we're glad to be using it.

Reports could be more in depth. They are limited in the information they provide for troubleshooting.

The promises made at the beginning of our search process were fulfilled in implementation and through the continued updates- the API has provided the flexibility we need.

Admins can send notifications from any browser or the mobile app. You have the ability to send to email, text, call, and app in an instant.

Helps communicate important news in a timely fashion. Mass communication aspect.

We use regroup to notify our community of emergency situations, weather closures, etc. It has performed admirably thus far.

Very easy to use and configure. We use this daily to ssend out mass notifications and never have any issues.
